The Challenge
Branding a $100M multi-site pharmaceutical campus left no margin for error. Hovione needed exact Pantone and typography replicated at massive scale across multiple facilities, on timelines synchronized to global construction schedules, with the logistical complexity of mounting large channel letters on multi-story facades — where a single permitting or structural misstep could delay a facility under intense regulatory scrutiny.
Our Approach
Sweet Sign ran its turnkey process end to end, with no outsourced stages. Engineers translated Hovione's brand assets into wind-rated structural blueprints using high-grade aluminum and UV-stable coatings; our team handled all East Windsor and Mercer County permitting in-house; and every internally-illuminated Channel & Dimensional Letter was CNC-fabricated in our own shop. Installation was self-performed with cranes and specialized rigging, synchronizing letter sets on the main facility with monument and wayfinding signage across the campus.
